What an inquiry collects

The form collects your name, email or phone number, optional business name, selected service and plan, and the context you choose to share. Your consent is included in the inquiry.

Why it is collected

Inquiry information is used to understand your requirements, respond to you, and track the conversation. When email delivery is active, sending the form shares these details with our email provider, Resend, for delivery to hisabkitabnepal@outlook.com. The hosting platform, Resend and Microsoft Outlook process the inquiry to deliver it. The website does not keep an inquiry inbox. When you choose WhatsApp, the form prepares a message on your device; the details are shared with WhatsApp when you open it and with Hisab Kitab when you send the message. There is no staff sign-in or website inquiry inbox.

Tax calculator

Figures entered into the tax calculator stay in the page while you use it. They are not sent to an AI service or saved by the calculator. Registration-guide choices and tax figures are carried into the inquiry only when you choose to discuss those results.

Business records and AI

This website does not provide a document-upload service. Please do not put passwords, account credentials, bank details, tax identifiers, or confidential documents in an inquiry. Document-sharing arrangements, access requirements, and any proposed AI-assisted analysis are matters to discuss and agree during onboarding. The website’s calculator uses arithmetic, not AI.

Email, WhatsApp and phone

Email links open your email app; you must review and send the message yourself. Submitting the inquiry form never opens your email app. The email button is available once our sending service is configured. Its confirmation means the email service accepted the inquiry for delivery; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Choosing WhatsApp prepares a message that you must review and send there.

WhatsApp links open a message that you can review before sending. Using WhatsApp is optional and subject to that provider’s privacy practices. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
